Medieval country house dating back to the fourteenth century, restored and then completely changed under various owners since 1447, The Salviatino became a place of encounters and cultural exchanges with the Salviati family in the sixteenth and seventeenth century. The nickname "The cheeky" was given to this residence in the twentieth century, due to its dominant position on the city of Florence and the vast surrounding park. Today is a luxury hotel completely renovated, which devotes its attention to every small detail, and becomes an ideal resting place for selected customers.

Rooms
The 61 rooms and suites of the Hotel Salviatino are furnished according to the style of the villa; in fact they combine modern furnishings with traditional ones. Guests will find fine Tuscan linens handmade by local artisans, original artworks, but also the Nespresso machine for coffee and tea and many other amenities that will make any stay memorable. Each room and suite has a unique and personal decor, which takes us back to its former glory of the Renaissance aristocracy period.

Restaurants
The restaurant "Il Grappolo" was designed by the chef Saverio Sbaragli with the intent to create a cuisine rooted in the most authentic Tuscan tradition; the multiple interpretations of the same menu make the restaurant even more surprising. Guests can enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine at "La Terrazza" with a marvellous panoramic view; the most curious can choose to experiment with creative cuisine, based on a re-interpretation of old recipes, thanks to the skill of the chef of the restaurant “Le Serre” in a more intimate and reserved atmosphere.

One of the point of strength of the Hotel Il Salviatino is the extraordinary Devarana Asian Spa, which offers exclusive and innovative treatments, involving close supervision of experienced therapists from Thailand.
