Location
The small village of Monsummano, in which lies the Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort, is located in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Lucca, just 40 km from Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport and 55 km from Pisa Galileo Galilei airport.

Hotel
The nineteenth century villa, once residence of the Giusti family, is now a luxury hotel surrounded by a secular park. The peculiarity of the resort, that maks it unique in the world, is the presence of a natural cave thousands of years old that gives benefits with its steam baths, of which in the past many people took benefit: one among the others is Giuseppe Garibaldi, who was impressed with the benefit that he drew from it.

The spacious rooms are frescoed and furnished with antique furniture and paintings, which reflect the elegance and charm of the historic structure, to enjoy pleasant moments of rest.

Rooms
The style of the rooms is elegant, refined, with soft colours and soft shapes, with white marble bathrooms, some with thermal water. The Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort disposes of 68 rooms, equipped with air conditioning/heating, TV with satellite channels, internet connection and view over the mountains or the vast park of 45 hectares that surrounds the resort.

Wellness Centre
The thermal centre disposes of several zones that offer traditional treatments and also an area dedicated to oriental medicine and another area for aesthetic medicine. The Thermal Cave welcomes guests in the warmth of its beneficial steam. 
Two spa circuits are available: the Thermarium (small outdoor thermal pool with lumbar massage, ice fountain, sauna and steam bath) and the Meditarium (indoor thermal pool, sauna, soft sauna, Roman bath, emotional showers and ice fountain).

Restaurant
The Chef Ciro D'Amico is pleased to welcome guests at the restaurant "Il Poeta" and pamper them with the best selection of traditional Tuscan recipes, but also gourmet or light recipes; during the summer season, cocktails and light lunches are served in the suggestive atmosphere by the Oasi pool.

The "Bioaquam Café", open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with its spacious seating area, bamboo canes and oriental lamps, offers cocktails, wines but also slimming herbal teas. There is also a relaxation area with a retractable roof, which can be kept open or closed depending on need.

Services & Activities 
Inside the park, guests can relax, choosing among a dive in the freshwater pool, a "wellness path" to exercise outdoors or maybe between the geological paths linking Grotta Giusti to the hills of Monsummano alto and Montevettolini. Gym, golf courses (close to the hotel) and tennis courts are always available to those who love physical activity.
