Location

The small village of Monsummano, in which lies the Grotta Giusti Resort Golf & Spa, is located in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Lucca, just 40 km from Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport and 55 km from Pisa Galileo Galilei airport.

Hotel

The nineteenth century villa, once residence of the Giusti family, is now a luxury hotel surrounded by a secular park. The peculiarity of the resort, that maks it unique in the world, is the presence of a natural cave thousands of years old that gives benefits with its steam baths, of which in the past many people took benefit: one among the others is Giuseppe Garibaldi, who was impressed with the benefit that he drew from it.

The spacious rooms are frescoed and furnished with antique furniture and paintings, which reflect the elegance and charm of the historic structure, to enjoy pleasant moments of rest.

The thermal centre disposes of several zones that offer traditional treatments and also an area dedicated to oriental medicine and another area for aesthetic medicine. Restaurant

The Chef Gianluca Braglia is pleased to welcome guests at the restaurant "La Veranda" and pamper them with the best selection of traditional Tuscan recipes, but also gourmet or light recipes; during the summer season he suggests a lunch on the terrace "La Pergola" and why not, in the charming atmosphere of the pool area.

The "Bioaquam Café", with its wide spaces, bamboo canes and oriental lamps, offers cocktails, wines as well as slimming teas; the lounge area during the day becomes night meeting place for young people. In addition, to never cease to amaze: the new relaxation area, with an oriental flavours, welcomes the guests with relaxing new age music and surprises with a ceiling that changes colour, all designed to promote meditation and inner wellness.
